Accessibrand is a startup agency relaunched in early 2020 by Jolene MacDonald, former partner of The Blondes to focus on accessible design, AODA audits and provide user testing. This project had to stay clean and in compliant with the highest accessibility standards with regards to readability and navigability. Joining the company early in its journey, without the aid of a brand guide, the brand’s appearance and tone had to be developed while working on this project, with the challenge of appearing fresh and creative while working within the restrictions of accessibility requirements.
